Information used by the service

Account information includes your sign-in identifier and the profile details provided through our authentication service. App information can include your package name, app name, testing links, selected plan, testing status and any access instructions you submit.

We also process support messages, payment references and payment status. Website and security infrastructure can process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, device/browser information and error logs.

Why this information is used

Information is used to create and secure your account, provide and manage testing, show progress and payment records, answer support requests, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on providing the requested service, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Consent is used where required for optional activities.

Service providers and testing access

We use Clerk for account authentication, Stripe for payment processing and infrastructure providers for hosting, delivery and security. Information needed to perform those services is processed by the relevant providers. Checkout payment details are handled by the payment provider rather than entered into the testing workspace.

Testing links and app-access instructions you provide may be used to let testers access your app. Provide test-only accounts and avoid submitting sensitive personal information or credentials for your developer account.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable data-protection requirements and transfer safeguards must be observed for those services.

Cookies and browser storage

Sign-in and security features use cookies or related browser storage to maintain sessions and protect access. Browser settings can control cookies, but blocking necessary authentication storage may prevent sign-in. Optional tracking, if introduced, requires the disclosures and choices applicable to that tracking.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained for the purposes described above, including service delivery, security, payment records and applicable legal requirements. The relevant period depends on the type of information and the reason for keeping it. Contact us for information about a particular record or to request deletion.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
