The service

12Testers is operated by AGASOF LTD . The service helps developers manage Android closed-testing submissions, plan selection, testing progress, payment records and support. The plan and checkout information shown for your order describe the service you select.

12Testers is independent of Google. Google Play, Android and other third-party names belong to their respective owners.

Your account and app

Keep account access secure and provide accurate app and testing information. Only submit apps and materials you are authorized to use. You are responsible for your app, its content, supported countries, privacy disclosures and compliance with Google Play policies.

If testers need a login, provide a dedicated test account with appropriate access. Do not share your Play Console password, payment-card details or unrelated personal information in app instructions or support messages.

Plans and payment

Review the plan, price, testing duration, app-size limits and any conditions shown before completing payment. Prices shown for a particular order take precedence over examples or interface previews. Do not treat a sample dashboard as confirmation that a service has started.

For a payment, cancellation or refund question, contact contact@12testers.de or use account support. Eligibility depends on your order, the service already provided and applicable law. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Testing and Google Play decisions

You must keep the test configuration and app-access instructions usable and respond to setup issues that prevent testing. Testing progress in the workspace helps you follow the service; your Play Console remains the source for Google’s account requirements.

Completing testing does not guarantee production access, publication or approval. Google makes those decisions and may ask for changes or additional testing. You are responsible for reviewing feedback and submitting accurate production-access answers.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the service to distribute unlawful or harmful content, gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users or misrepresent testing results. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse or protect the service. Maintenance, third-party outages and app setup issues can affect availability or timing.
